Mini Album

So... On Tuesday I was able to get in some Scrapbooking (yeah) down at the Scrapbook store:) And was able to finish my mini album I started a two weeks ago!!!! I was finally able to use the Mama-razzi line, not on myself but used it just as a general medium. (Still need to get the hubby to get some shot's of my taking pict's!!! lol) The album is of easter Weekend! We went to Rotary so the kids could ride their bikes:) And out to my mom's for a second turkey feast!!! Played some horse shoe's and the kids went quadding.... A very nice weekend spent as a family! I still have loads of this line left so I will be able to get some 12x12's done too!

Used the Bo Bunny line Mama-razzi line (papers and stickers, chipboard, and rub-ons) Also, some Tim Holtz products (Grunge board, crackle paint, perfect pearls, acrylic paint, and alcohol ink, swivel clasps, adornments) And a couple of Maya Road tags!

Prima Bird House

So after not doing anything crafty for a couple of days I decided to pull out my last Bird house and Decorate it with the "Pastiche Collection" paper. Didn't do anything fancy but still think it has a cute rustic look to it!

I Cut and pasted the paper to the wood, added some Crackle Paint, added a prima sunflower I had from a previous project! Glimmer Misted a few white flowers and added bling to the center and a few leaves...

Bird House

On Monday and Tuesday I was fortunate enough to get to spend my day(s) at my local Scrapbook Store :) Love going there!!! I don't get interrupted by kids, laundry or any house work for that matter!!! lol Anyway I puttered around (had quite a few chit-chat breaks!) and made this...

I used the paper from a DCWV paper stack called Ciao Bella! What a gorgeous line of paper, beautiful flowers and birds with glitter! I also made the flower from fabric and painted it... Painted a Maya Road Chipboard bird with Perfect Pearls... Give it a rustic look with some crackle paint... Added a few beads and wire and called it done!

Easter Basket

So after taking the kids to Pre School in the morning, hanging out at the Scrapbook Store, picking up the kids and having lunch... Driving out to my mom's, then getting my vehicle fixed, grocery shopping... did some more visiting at the Scrapbook Store and some banking!!!!! I finally got to start my basket before cooking supper... And finishing it up after supper! Burt my self in the process!!!! My poor index index finger:( Yesterday I came across a blog called Ruffles and Stuff! And loved the easter basket she made!!! So I followed the link to her tutorial! http://www.vanessachristenson.com/2010/03/guest-tutorial-blogger-disney-of.html
I did mine a bit different... I didn't have any spray paint on hand so I used a water based ink refiller to "stain" my basket and then I mixed the ink with pearl ex and water to make my own glimmer mist to color the moss after it was glued down. I also made the blue and white ruffled flower out of ribbon... I think it turned out pretty darn cute and very springy!!!
